Sue’s Nails & Spa is a family-owned salon that opened in 2006. We started in a smaller suite and grew into our current space — same team, same care, just more room for the people who keep coming back.
Our story
Family-owned since 2006.
We opened in 2006 in a smaller suite, just down the hall from where we are today. We later moved into the bigger space so we could welcome more guests without losing the calm, personal feel people came to us for in the first place.
A lot of our guests have been coming in for years — some since the very beginning. We know your name, your shape, and the shade you almost always come back to. Whether you’re booked in or walking through the door for the first time, you’ll get the same care: clean tools, honest pricing, and work we’re proud of.
After almost twenty years in Grand Rapids, we’ve had the joy of doing nails for whole generations of the same families — grandmothers, moms, and daughters all sitting in our chairs. We’ve polished nails for first dates, weddings, graduations, baby showers, and plenty of ordinary Saturdays in between. Those little traditions are our favorite part of the job, and we don’t take them for granted.
